Erica earned her degree in Business Management from the University of Arizona in 2009. After relocating to Southern California, she built a successful career in human resources, holding roles at respected financial institutions throughout Los Angeles. Her background in HR, staffing, and organizational management gives her a unique ability to balance efficiency with empathy—an essential skill in a client-centered litigation firm.
At Argos Law, Erica oversees day-to-day operations, including staffing coordination, calendar and workflow management, vendor relationships, and firm finances. Known for her attention to detail, calm leadership style, and problem-solving mindset, she plays a key role in keeping the firm organized, responsive, and focused on client advocacy.
Erica is deeply invested in the success of Argos Law and the clients the firm serves. She and her husband, Jason Argos, met in college and later settled in Orange County in 2016. Outside the office, Erica is a devoted mom to their son, Clark, and their rescue dog, Rosie. She is passionate about health and wellness and is nearing completion of her yoga instructor certification, reflecting her commitment to balance, mindfulness, and personal growth.
In addition to her professional work, Erica is a published author of two helpful children’s books — Mommy Will Be Back and Why a Mask, You Ask? — an expression of her creativity, warmth, and love of meaningful storytelling.
